The Tasting Room is open year-round and offers an off-the-beaten-path destination for visitors and locals alike to relax, meet friends and try Alaskan’s newest brews. It is conveniently located 5 miles from downtown Juneau and 3 miles from the airport.

Guests over the age of 21 are welcome to enjoy a selection of over 20 Alaskan beers on tap daily. In addition to our flagships and fan favorites, our selection also includes brews not available elsewhere on tap, like our awesome Crew Brews, Rough Drafts, and Barrel-Aged Series. Enjoy a flight of samples or a full pour of your favorite brews. Take home a crowler or growler for later.

All our beer is brewed and bottled at our facility here in Juneau, and we’re proud to serve and sell it fresh from the source! At the Tasting Room, we sell individual bottles, 6-packs, 12-packs and cases of our beers, as well as 5-gallon kegs (about 40 16-oz pints) of beer. Legally, we can only sell one 5-gallon keg per customer per day. Keg purchases come with a pump and a sleeve of cups. Kegs are to be returned within 90 days of purchase. We cannot reserve kegs in advance. The availability of each flavor varies depending on the season and our brewing schedule.

Our crew does not accept tips, but we welcome donations to our crew nonprofit. Each year, the Alaskan Brew Crew gives your donations and proceeds from fundraisers, which have topped $20,000, to a local nonprofit organization. In 2023, the Alaskan Brew Crew voted to provide donations to SEADOGS.

Our Tasting Room crew is totally stoked to chat with you about our beer, offer advice about your visit to Alaska, or simply talk shop, if you’re a brewer or beer superfan – whenever you may visit!

Wild Alaskan Food Truck

Looking for a bite to eat when you are in the Tasting Room? Enjoy an array of seafood and burgers from the Wild Alaskan Food Truck located on-site. Order outside and enjoy inside the Tasting Room with your favorite Alaskan beer. We also host Food Truck Fridays with other guest food trucks through the fall and winter.

Forno Rosso Food Truck

Featured on Food Network’s Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. Enjoy an artisan pizza from the Forno Rosso food truck. Because nothing goes better with a cold beer than a warm, goo-ey pizza, right? Featuring uniquely Alaskan ingredients and traditional Italian technique, Forno Rosso’s wood-fired pizza is cooked in an oven built into the food truck itself. Serving up delicious pizzas year-round, you won’t want to miss out on this mouth-watering pairing.

Devil’s Hideaway Food Truck

Enjoy some of the best burgers and wings in Juneau from the Devil’s Hideaway food truck located on-site. Order outside and enjoy inside the Tasting Room with your favorite Alaskan beer. Devil’s Hideaway is open Tuesday-Sunday from 12-7pm. Call 907-790-3663.

Located downtown, the Alaskan Brewing Depot offers a complete selection of Alaskan lifestyle clothing, outerwear, barware, and fun gifts. We also feature a variety of Alaska-made items manufactured throughout Alaska to complement our world-class products.

Looking for beer? You’ll have to visit the brewery, the Alaskan Brewing Public House just down the street, or any of our local retail partners for that! If you want to purchase Alaskan beer gear while we make this transition visit the tasting room or our online store.
